Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to products supplied by RF Living OOD under the RF Modular brand.
RF Modular supplies products ranging from individual accessories and furniture to complete modular structures. The available delivery method therefore depends on the size, weight, destination and nature of the order.
1. Delivery Categories
RF Modular orders generally fall into three delivery categories:
Parcel Delivery
Suitable for smaller products such as selected accessories, components, fittings and replacement parts.
Freight Delivery
Used for larger or heavier products, furniture, equipment, palletised accessories and products unsuitable for conventional parcel networks.
Modular & Oversized Transport
Used for complete modular units, large assemblies and other products requiring specialist transport.
The appropriate method will be determined by the products ordered and the destination.
2. Delivery Areas
We may deliver within Bulgaria and internationally.
Availability depends on the product, destination, transportation feasibility and applicable regulations.
Not every product may be available for delivery to every country.
3. Delivery Costs for Accessories and Ecommerce Products
For products available for direct online purchase, delivery costs may be calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
-
destination;
-
weight;
-
dimensions;
-
quantity; and
-
delivery method.
Where automatic calculation is not possible, we may contact the customer with a delivery quotation before accepting the order.
4. Delivery Costs for Modular Units
Complete modular structures generally require individually arranged transportation.
Costs may depend on:
-
destination;
-
unit dimensions;
-
weight;
-
number of units;
-
specialist transport requirements;
-
oversized-load permits;
-
ferry and toll charges;
-
customs requirements;
-
crane or lifting requirements; and
-
site accessibility.
The applicable transportation cost will normally be specified in the project quotation.
5. Processing Times for Stock Products
Products held in stock are normally prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated processing or dispatch times shown on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.
6. Made-to-Order Accessories and Furniture
Some accessories, furniture, components and add-ons may be manufactured or configured after an order is placed.
The applicable estimated production time will be displayed on the product page, communicated after ordering or specified in the quotation.
Made-to-order products therefore generally have longer lead times than stocked products.
7. Modular Unit Lead Times
Manufacturing and delivery periods for modular structures are project-specific.
The production schedule may depend on:
-
receipt of the required deposit;
-
technical approval;
-
drawing approval;
-
material availability;
-
selected accessories and equipment;
-
customer-requested modifications; and
-
manufacturing capacity.
The expected schedule will be communicated as part of the project process.
8. Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple products, we may dispatch items separately if this allows faster or more efficient delivery.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because RF Modular elects to split a shipment unless otherwise agreed.
9. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.
If packaging or goods show visible signs of transport damage, we recommend:
-
photographing the packaging before opening;
-
photographing the damage;
-
retaining the packaging;
-
recording visible damage on the carrier's documentation where possible; and
-
contacting RF Modular promptly.
These steps help us pursue transport claims and do not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
10. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact RF Modular with your order number and relevant photographs where appropriate.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
11. Customer-Provided Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
-
recipient information;
-
delivery address;
-
telephone number; and
-
other information reasonably required for delivery.
Additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged where legally permissible.
12. Modular Delivery Site Access
Customers receiving modular units must disclose any access restrictions that could affect specialist transportation.
These may include:
-
narrow roads;
-
low bridges;
-
overhead cables;
-
weight restrictions;
-
restricted access;
-
difficult terrain;
-
insufficient turning space; and
-
crane restrictions.
We may request photographs, drawings, measurements or a site inspection.
13. Unloading and Positioning
Parcel deliveries normally follow the carrier's standard delivery service.
Freight and modular deliveries may require forklifts, cranes or other equipment.
Unless expressly included in the quotation, unloading, lifting, positioning and installation are not included in the transportation price.
Responsibility for these services will be established before delivery.
14. Site Readiness
For modular structures, customers must ensure that the site is ready for delivery unless RF Modular has contractually agreed to undertake the relevant work.
If delivery cannot proceed because of inadequate site preparation or access, additional transport, storage, equipment or labour charges may apply.
15. Failed Parcel Deliveries
Where a carrier cannot complete a parcel delivery, the carrier's applicable redelivery or collection procedures may apply.
If a shipment is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect address or repeatedly failed to accept delivery, additional shipping costs may apply where legally permissible.
16. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to:
-
import VAT;
-
customs duties;
-
customs clearance charges;
-
local taxes; and
-
other government charges.
The relevant quotation or checkout information will indicate where such charges are included.
Where Incoterms are used for commercial shipments, the applicable Incoterm will be identified in the relevant commercial documentation.
17. Delivery Delays
We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery schedules.
Delays may occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, regulatory requirements, material shortages, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we become aware of a material delay, we will endeavour to inform the customer.
18. Contact
